I let Darby out and forgot all about him. By the time I remembered, he was nearly covered in snow. I am a very, very bad person. Fortunately, Darby's not one to hold a grudge. A few dog treats and the matter was forgotten.

Beemer

Shot while selling raffle tickets at the theatre. This is probably as close as I am ever going to get to a BMW. Or as close as I would care to be. I'm all about Japanese engineering. The rafffle, which was for a painting not a car, went very well and we sold close to $200 worth of tickets in an hour.

Hoar Frost on Elms

It's been cloudy and damp the past few days, so the frost has built up on the trees. I love the way it looks against the blue of the sky.

Fresh Snow

It may lack the poetry of snow falling on cedars, but I think there is a certain grace to the way the snow has settled onto the tarp.

A Moste Excellent and Useful Gift

This past Christmas my sister-in-law gifted me with a jewelry roll. The little pockets are perfect for keeping all my supplies in order, which is good thing because I have more threads than baubles.

I was in the Bes again today and couldn't resist snapping a photo of this mail box. There is a chute that runs the height of the building in front of the elevators.

I snapped a pic of this VW detail, because it totally looked like the guy spraypainted it on. I have a love/hate relationship with VW and its parent company. Nearly every guy I've been involved with drove one at some point. Weird. I guess I need to stop dating pseudo-hipster dufuses.
