This slightly aged piece of fruit had me feeling Warhol-esque. Unfortunately, it proved quite difficult to take an interesting and technically competent photo of said fruit. Am tired. This is all I could muster for today.

Honestly, I have had enough of this weather. Gloomy, glum and gutted. Have started mega-dosing on Vitamin D.

Scarf Night

A close-up my latest crafting project. The particular scarf has been in progress for about three years. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my mom, but got left behind in the UK. I found it while sorting through some handbags. It's a tricky yarn, very slippy, and it's next to impossible to pick your stitches back up. I've made about four or five attempts so far and had to unravel each one of them. Sigh.

Dirt

The sun came out today, and I made the most of it. Although it doesn't look quite as lush in the photo, this dirt was a lovely mix of potting soil and compost. I spread it out over the flower beds at the front. Afterwards, I put together the leaf blower and made a lot of noise.
